“$5,000 Reward” Campaign

This promotion is run by Foodco New Zealand Limited.

This competition is valid for the general public. Muffin Break and Foodco employees and their families are unable to claim any prizes.

Prize winners must be 18 years of age or over, if any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who has given their consent, at the discretion of the Promoter.

Foodco New Zealand Limited, in its absolute discretion may extend, change or terminate this promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these terms and conditions, the competition, or the prize the decision of Foodco New Zealand Limited is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

The prize is as stated and does not cover any additional associated costs or services. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. Should the prize not be available Foodco New Zealand Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize to the same value. Foodco New Zealand Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage or liability arising from the participation in the campaign or any prize offered.

Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participant. Foodco New Zealand Limited reserves the right to refuse awarding any prizes to a person who violates any of these terms and conditions or obtains a prize through fraudulent means.

The $5,000 NZD reward will go to a successful referral. A successful referral results when the referred person purchases a new Muffin Break Café in New Zealand between 1 July 2019 and 30 June 2020. Excludes transfers or purchases of existing cafes. One $5,000 NZD reward per café sold. The reward excludes GST.

The reward will go to the person whose details are given on initial contact. Further details must be provided if requested by Foodco New Zealand.
