“Win Free Coffee for Spring” Campaign

This promotion is run by Foodco New Zealand Limited.

This competition is valid for Muffin Break Customers only. Muffin Break, Foodco and employees and their families are unable to claim any prizes.

Prize winners must be 18 years of age or over, if any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who has given their consent, at the discretion of the Promoter.

Foodco New Zealand Limited, in its absolute discretion may extend, change or terminate this promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these terms and conditions, the competition, or the prize the decision of Foodco New Zealand Limited is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

The prizes are as stated and do not cover any additional associated costs or services. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. Should the prizes not be available Foodco New Zealand Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize to the same value. Foodco New Zealand Limited accept no responsibility for any loss or damage or liability arising from the participation in the promotion or any prize offered.

Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participant. By participating the grand prize winner grants Foodco New Zealand Limited exclusive rights to use their details and photograph for PR purposes in relation to this competition. Foodco New Zealand Limited reserves the right to refuse awarding any prizes to a person who violates any of these terms and conditions or obtains a prize through fraudulent means.

Campaign begins 1 August 2023 and runs until end of business 31 August 2023. Every time a registered loyalty rewards member uses their card in-store before the EOB 31 August 2023 they will gain one successful entry. Muffin Break loyalty members must register their card online at muffinbreak.co.nz before 11.59pm 31 August 2023 in order to have valid entries.

There are 33x prizes of Free Coffee for spring (one winner per Muffin Break NZ store). The winners of the free coffee for spring prizes will receive 1x free small coffee loaded to their Muffin Break loyalty card each day from 23 September – 22 December 2023. The free coffees will only be redeemable at any Muffin Break NZ store. One free coffee maximum will be redeemable per day, if a free coffee is not redeemable on any given day, that unredeemed coffee will be wiped from the winning customers card. The free coffees cannot be accrued.
