“Spin to Win” Promotion
Terms and Conditions:
This promotion is run by Foodco New Zealand Limited.
This competition is valid for Muffin Break Customers only. Muffin Break, Foodco and promoted supplier employees and their families are unable to claim any prizes.
Prize winners must be 18 years of age or over, if any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who has given their consent, at the discretion of the Promoter.
Foodco New Zealand Limited, in its absolute discretion may extend, change or terminate this promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these terms and conditions, the competition, or the prizes, the decision of Foodco New Zealand Limited is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
The prizes are as stated and do not cover any additional associated costs or services. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. Should the prizes not be available the relevant Muffin Break store reserves the right to offer an alternative prize to the same value. Foodco New Zealand Limited accept no responsibility for any loss or damage or liability arising from the participation in the promotion or any prize offered.
Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participant. By participating, winners grant Foodco New Zealand Limited exclusive rights to use their details and photograph for PR purposes in relation to this competition. Foodco New Zealand Limited reserves the right to refuse awarding any prizes to a person who violates any of these terms and conditions or obtains a prize through fraudulent means.
The promotional period commences Tuesday, 13 April 2021. The promotion ends close of business Monday, 3 May 2021.
To get one spin on the winning wheel, customers must purchase at least one muffin and coffee in the one transaction. One spin per valid transaction. Spin panel must stop on the muffin arrow to win stated prize on panel. Muffin Break staff’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
