Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is run by Foodco New Zealand Limited.
Prizes supplied, managed and booked by Studiocanal New Zealand.

This competition is valid for Muffin Break Customers only. Studiocanal New Zealand, Muffin Break, Foodco and employees and their families are unable to claim any prizes.

Prize winners must be 18 years of age or over, if any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who has given their consent, at the discretion of the Promoter.

Foodco New Zealand Limited, in its absolute discretion may extend, change or terminate this promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these terms and conditions, the competition, or the prize decision of Foodco New Zealand Limited is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

The prizes are as stated and do not cover any additional associated costs or services. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. Should the prizes not be available Studiocanal New Zealand  reserves the right to work with the winners on an alternative prize. Foodco New Zealand Limited accept no responsibility for any loss or damage or liability arising from the participation in the promotion or any prize offered.

Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participant. By participating the grand prize winner grants Foodco New Zealand Limited exclusive rights to use their details and photograph for PR purposes in relation to this competition. Foodco New Zealand Limited reserves the right to refuse awarding any prizes to a person who violates any of these terms and conditions or obtains a prize through fraudulent means.

Campaign begins 15 August 2025 and runs until end of business 7 September 2025. Every time a registered loyalty rewards member uses their card within stated dates they will gain one successful entry. Muffin Break loyalty members must register their card online at muffinbreak.co.nz before 11.59pm 7 September 2025 in order to have valid entries.

There is one grand prize which consists of:

• Return flights to Sydney from NZ for a family of 4.
  • For 2 adults and 2 children under 12 – any additional charges for children over 12 is at the winner’s cost.
  • Flights are return from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch – other domestic travel required is at the winner’s cost.
• $500NZD spending money (supplied as bank transfer).
• 3 nights’ accommodation.
• Sydney Family experiences (supplied as vouchers for one of the following: Sydney Bridge Climb, Taronga Zoo Pass, Sea Life Sydney, Luna Park, Sydney Harbour cruise.)
• Travel Insurance.
• Family pass to see KANGAROO (in NZ).

There are also five x runner-up prizes of family movie passes to see Kangaroo in NZ .
Grand prize and runner-up prizes will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 8 September 2025. Winners will notified by Foodco NZ Ltd via email on 8 September 2025. Prizes may be redrawn at Foodco’s discretion. Grand Prizes details and bookings will be arranged between the confirmed winner and Studiocanal New Zealand. Foodco NZ accepts no responsibility for any unforeseen issues associated with the prize details or bookings. Travel for grand prize must take place before 30 November 2025, excludes travel in school holidays and over Labour weekend.
