Good Conversation at Muffin Break Sanctuary Lakes

Alf and Norma Wood are regular customers at the Muffin Break Sanctuary Lakes (VIC) store.  They have been going to Muffin Break since it opened in their local shopping centre to visit Sam Vazirani (cafe owner) and his team.

We’ve been to other coffee shops in the area but they simply don’t match up to the quality of products or service that we receive at Sam’s store. It’s certainly the best coffee around and it’s all of these things that keep us coming back.

Sam is a special kind of man, nothing is too much trouble. He is more than a store owner, he is a friend and someone who is always there for us. My sons are away a lot with work, so I enjoy a good conversation with Sam, particularly when my husband was sick recently he was a real support to me that I won’t forget. He must have ‘happy man syndrome’ as I have never seen that man without a smile and a spring in his step. He always offers a warm welcome to all his customers in-store. Although I do feel like we get the VIP
table service treatment!
