With our wide range of muffins baked fresh in store every day, you're sure to find a Muffin Break muffin to suit your needs. Our muffins are made with a variety of healthy ingredients like fruits, nuts, vegetables and seeds, as well as some of your favourite chocolate, caramel, honeycomb and coffee flavours for that extra special treat!

 

Traditional

Our fruit, nut and indulgence traditional muffins taste great and have the added benefit of fibre (over 4.9 grams in each muffin) to help keep you healthy on the inside.

     
 

Low Fat

Our Low Fat muffins are 98% fat free and have 25% less kilojoules than regular Muffin Break muffins. They also contain over 2.2 grams of fibre per serve.

     
 

Bran

Our Bran muffins contain at least 12 grams of fibre per serve - over one third of your daily fibre needs! This is a great way to keep your digestive system happy and to help fill you up for longer.

     
 

Soy & Linseed

Soy products and linseeds contain beneficial natural substances for heart health. Our Soy and Linseed muffins are an excellent source of fibre (containing over 13 grams in each muffin), which is good news for your digestive system too!

     
 

Gluten Free*

Our Gluten Free muffins are available in many of your favourite flavours. Some people need to avoid gluten in their diets to maintain good health, but our new range can be eaten by anyone who loves delicious muffins! These muffins contain 0.6 grams to 2 grams of fibre per serve, and like our Low Fat range contains less kilojoules than regular Muffin Break muffins.**
